Go&Remodel provides direct mail marketing services for remodeling businesses, including identifying eligible website visitors, preparing and printing mail pieces, and sending them on our clients’ behalf. The specific scope, pricing and service area for each client are confirmed when they sign up.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Fees, billing frequency and any per-mail costs are set out when you sign up. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, services are billed on a monthly basis and fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Where we offer an exclusive service area, its boundaries are agreed with you when you sign up. Exclusivity applies only while your account is active and in good standing.
Our website, software, designs and content belong to Go & Remodel or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you provide, and you give us permission to use it to deliver our services to you.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, enquiries, projects or revenue.
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go & Remodel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify Go&Remodel against claims arising from your content, your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or end our services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees when due.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Go&Remodel is registered, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
