The content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Go & Remodel and/or its licensors, except for the logos of clients which are owned by their respective owners. No content from this website may be used, reproduced, or distributed without the express written permission of Go & Remodel.

3. Billing & Payments

By engaging Go & Remodel’s services, you agree to the following billing terms:

At the time of sign-up, clients are charged a one-time onboarding fee to secure their account and initiate services. This charge is clearly displayed at checkout before confirmation.

Simultaneously, clients are enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription. The subscription amount, billing frequency, and next payment date are clearly presented by our payment processor during the sign-up process before any charge is made. By completing sign-up, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these payment terms.

Monthly subscription payments are processed automatically every 31 days from the date of initial sign-up.

Your monthly subscription covers the retention of your exclusive service area, active maintenance and testing of your automations, and continued access to our design team for campaign development and revisions.

Monthly charges apply regardless of campaign launch status. Services including territory exclusivity, automation maintenance, and design team availability remain active and billable from the date of account activation.

4.Refund Policy

All payments made to Go & Remodel are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

One-time onboarding fees

Monthly subscription payments

Any partial-month charges

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-use of services, delays in campaign approval, or early termination of your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle.

Cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the next billing date will not prevent the upcoming charge. The account will remain active until the end of that billing period and will not be renewed thereafter.

To submit a cancellation request, clients must contact Go & Remodel in writing via email or through the website. Cancellations are not accepted via phone or SMS.

Go & Remodel reserves the right to terminate an account at any time for breach of these terms, with no obligation to issue a refund for any unused portion of a billing period.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

7. Amendments and Termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted prominently on our website along with a notice of the update.

10. SMS Consent Policy

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive appointment reminder and confirmation messages from Go & Remodel.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode provided. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

In the event that you experience any issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

Please note, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing messages. Go & Remodel will send messages on a periodic basis and will make reasonable efforts to ensure the frequency is not excessive or intrusive.
